Your approach is unlike any I've experienced. From day one, it was easy to recognize the passion you had for your work, and over the past year I've only seen that passion grow. I truly felt like you were dedicated to helping me; and in moments I felt like I was completely failing, you reminded me of the ups and downs that life will continually bring.
