Tamar holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and an undergraduate degree from UCLA. She brings two years of interning experience from the Mount Sinai Eating and Weight Disorders Program in New York City. A former educator, Tamar’s approach fosters understanding, empathy, and self-awareness, enabling clients to enhance their relationships and social interactions.
