We specialize in the care for clients who have a poor relationship with food. Often this person struggles to maintain a medically appropriate weight. They utilize means that are not healthful. There are multiple approaches we take with clients who present in this manner. They include mindful based cognitive therapy, thought and emotional identification, dispution, effective behavioral skills and reducing intense emotions that lead to poor coping.
